All orders are shipped from Toronto or Calgary. Shipping times vary by location, and estimates will be provided at checkout. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery.

We use the most reliable and economical carrier available. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, INM is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Every piece is 100% authentic and inspected by Entrupy before it reaches you. We ensure each item is in excellent condition while honoring the natural variations that come with handmade, reworked materials.

Because INM uses only natural materials and real leather, cold temperatures may cause small cracks if packages are left outside for extended periods. We recommend bringing your delivery inside promptly.
